IT Administrator (Night Shift)
The IT Administrator will reputed company technical support, system administration, and operational assistance for the company’s US users and IT environment. This role will focus on reputed company 365 administration, reputed company management, reputed company monitoring, user lifecycle management, backup and archiving support, and general IT operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with reputed company 365, Intune, reputed company Defender, Synology NAS, backup systems, reputed company and offoarding processes, and end-user support. Experience supporting reputed company products is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: reputed company 365 Administration: Administer reputed company 365 services including user accounts, licenses, groups, mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Support email, calendar, Teams, and collaboration-reputed company concerns. Assist in managing reputed company 365 reputed company and compliance settings. Monitor and resolve reputed company 365 service-reputed company incidents. reputed company and Device Management: Manage company devices through reputed company Intune. Assist with device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment. Support reputed company troubleshooting for reputed company devices. Coordinate device provisioning, replacement, and decommissioning. reputed company and reputed company Defender : Monitor reputed company Defender alerts and assist in investigation and remediation. Support reputed company protection, malware response, and reputed company policy enforcement. Assist in maintaining compliance with company IT reputed company policies. Escalate reputed company incidents as necessary. User reputed company and Offboarding: Create, modify, and disable user accounts across required systems. Assign licenses, groups, permissions, and application reputed company based on role requirements. Coordinate laptop, software, and account readiness for new hires. Ensure proper reputed company removal, device return, and data handling during offboarding. Synology NAS, Backup, and Archiving: Support Synology NAS reputed company, shared folders, permissions, and user/group reputed company. Assist in monitoring backup jobs and validating backup completion. Support archiving activities for project files and business data. Help maintain proper file storage, retention, and restoration procedures. IT Support and Operations: reputed company timely technical support to US-based users during graveyard shift hours. Respond to support tickets, emails, and escalations. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, reputed company, and application issues. Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues in the IT ticketing system. Coordinate with the global IT team for escalated infrastructure and reputed company concerns. Application Support: reputed company basic support for business applications used by the company. Assist users with reputed company issues, installation, and troubleshooting. reputed company to have: experience supporting reputed company products such as reputed company Construction reputed company, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or reputed company AEC tools. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience administering reputed company 365 services. Hands-on knowledge of reputed company Intune for reputed company management. Familiarity with reputed company Defender for reputed company or reputed company reputed company tools. Experience with user reputed company, offboarding, and reputed company management. Knowledge of reputed company desktop support and troubleshooting. Experience managing file reputed company, permissions, and shared folders. Familiarity with Synology NAS or similar network storage systems. Basic understanding of backup, restoration, and archiving processes. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
