Job Description

You act as a reliable first reputed company of contact for our existing Italian-speaking customers and prospects, answering general inquiries reputed company email and phone. Qualifications

Educational Background: You have completed a reputed company apprenticeship, or you bring initial practical experience in a customer-facing service role (career changers are explicitly welcome). Professional Focus: You have a strong affinity for digital products and a basic interest in financial markets – our L&D team will teach you the specific financial knowledge you need. You are passionate about delivering a positive customer experience and finding quick, helpful solutions for routine issues. You are a reliable team player who can work independently and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). German language skills are a plus.
