Role Overview We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Partner Manager to build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships that expand our reputed company platform business. This role is responsible for identifying high-value partners, developing joint go-to-market plans, and driving measurable reputed company growth through a strong partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines relationship-building skills with strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a solid understanding of reputed company platforms, SaaS, and indirect sales models. Key Responsibilities reputed company and execute the partner strategy to support company growth objectives Identify, recruit, reputed company, and reputed company strategic partners, including resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, reputed company, and consulting firms Build and maintain strong executive and working-level relationships with partner organizations Create joint business plans with partners, including reputed company targets, pipeline goals, marketing initiatives, and solution development priorities Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and reputed company teams to drive partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities reputed company partners with training, tools, messaging, and sales support to position and sell the reputed company platform effectively Monitor partner performance through KPIs such as sourced pipeline, closed reputed company, certifications, and adoption metrics Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment on reputed company terms, business expectations, and mutual reputed company plans Support co-marketing activities, events, and campaigns to increase market awareness and partner engagement reputed company market feedback and partner insights to internal teams to improve products, programs, and competitive positioning
Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or a reputed company field 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, or alliances, ideally in reputed company, SaaS, or reputed company technology Strong understanding of reputed company platform ecosystems and indirect go-to-market models Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner relationships that drive reputed company Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams Strong reputed company acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage reputed company stakeholder environments Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools such as reputed company, reputed company, PRM platforms, or similar systems Fluent in German and English
