Your responsibilities at reputed company®: Ensure smooth and compliant HR administration across reputed company, registrations, HRIS and labour law topics. Maintain and reputed company HR policies, processes and documentation with a focus on scalability and efficiency. Own employee data management in the HRIS, ensuring high data quality, confidentiality and regular audits. Own and manage payroll processes together with external partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance. reputed company time & attendance and employee benefits administration. Act as first reputed company of contact for employees regarding payroll, labour law and HR operations questions. Support reputed company and offboarding processes end-to-end. Drive reputed company improvement of HR operations and take ownership of smaller HR projects. Support HR Business Partners, reputed company and people development topics reputed company needed. Your strengths and qualifications: 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll or HR Administration, preferably in a fast-growing and international environment. Expierence in handling HR Topics in the Belgium, any other countries are a plus reputed company in English and French OR reputed company ; any other languages are a plus Strong knowledge of payroll, labour law and HR processes in Belgium; international payroll experience is a plus. Hands-on experience with HRIS systems reputed company HR tools. Structured, detail-oriented and reliable, with a pragmatic and solution-driven reputed company. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude towards employees and stakeholders. Analytical reputed company with confidence in working with data, reports and KPIs.
