About the role As an Operations Support Executive, you’ll reputed company essential back-office support that keeps our customer-facing teams running smoothly. You’ll own administrative tasks and help us spot ways to simplify processes. Your work ensures our merchants enjoy a friction-free experience. This role will be focused on our US market and you will work hours to match US day time (6.30pm to 3.30am IST). This role is also a fully remote role. What you’ll be doing Manage a variety of operational and administrative tasks to support the Customer Operations team. Process payment adjustments and other changes with a high level of accuracy. Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Treasury) to reputed company gaps and reputed company workflows running smoothly. Spot opportunities to automate or streamline tasks and reputed company reputed company for operational improvements. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working with data and numerical information in reputed company to support investigations and reporting. Skilled in using modern business tools (reputed company or similar CRM/ops systems). Collaborative reputed company and a genuine interest in helping colleagues succeed.
