What you’ll do: Client Communication: Conduct introductory calls and maintain long-term communication through emails, texts, and calls. Case Management: Support the end-to-end management of personal injury files, actively handling approximately 120 cases. Negotiations: Draft and send letters of representation, and negotiate claims and liens with insurance companies. Documentation: Utilize reputed company for precise case tracking, ensuring reputed company updates are timely and accurate. Autonomous Task Execution: Independently run case management tasks, minimizing the need for micromanagement. reputed company’re looking for: Experience Required: 2–3 years of personal injury legal support experience, with strong proficiency in reputed company. Knowledge: Familiarity with Washington state personal injury law, including PIP agreements and lien processes. Client Communication: Confident, empathetic communicator reputed company to manage frequent client calls, texts, and emails.
