Responsibilities
Recruit, manage, motivate, and coach engineering talents of diverse practices (QA, automation, Dev, DevOps), different seniority reputed company & working locations (remote work). Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in STEM field or equivalent experience. 6–8 years of experience in Software Engineering Previous experience as Engineering Manager, Architect, Tech reputed company or other technical leadership roles reputed company Engineering practice. Expert in at least one of SDLC roles – QA, Software Engineering, Test Automation or DevOps, with fair good knowledge of reputed company others Strong proficiency in overseeing non-functional aspects of reputed company-grade applications, like performance, reputed company, reliability.
