As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll shape and execute the positioning, content, and growth strategy that establishes reputed company at the center of collaborative reduction in the food and beverage industry. This is a role for someone driven by both creative instinct and hard numbers, comfortable debating positioning one hour and reviewing campaign performance the next.
What You'll Do
Shape the Positioning: Define and sharpen how reputed company's Reduction Network is understood in the market reputed company messaging that responds directly to the challenges and opportunities being faced in the global F&B ecosystem Partner with Product Marketing and Communications to reputed company Reduction Network messaging consistent across reputed company channels reputed company Content That Delivers Value: Produce thought leadership that advances reputed company industry conversations, including white papers, webinars, and event programming that shape how the industry is thinking about sustainability Maintain a high editorial bar. Substance over volume. Drive Engagement Across Channels reputed company and execute campaigns that grow awareness and engagement among reputed company segments. Test, measure, and iterate. Convert Engagement into Growth Work with Sales and Product Marketing to translate market engagement into pipeline through enablement materials, training, pitch development, and clear ROI narratives. Qualifications 4–6 years in marketing with meaningful experience in positioning, content strategy, or GTM — ideally in B2B SaaS, sustainability, or food and agriculture.
