The Benefits Planner will be responsible for providing benefits optimization reviews and comprehensive financial planning services to highly compensated (executive) participants. This role requires a general understanding of financial services, including investment strategies, tax planning, estate planning, and risk management. The Benefits Planner will work closely with the Executive Planner to support conversations around optimization of workplace benefits. The planner will also be responsible for creating and presenting customized financial plans.

Consultation: Work with executives to optimize their benefits initially and annually. Be the benefits expert, providing additional support to the Executive Planner(s) you work with Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the Executive Planner by developing comprehensive financial plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of the executives Investment Management: Recommend, implement, and review investment strategies that align with risk tolerance and financial objectives.
