About the Role

The Senior Manager, Trade Compliance will reputed company the development and execution of reputed company’s global trade compliance strategy as the company transitions to a fully independent organization. Reporting into Global Operations, this role partners closely with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Tax, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and key external partners to support TSA separation activities, global distribution, and new market expansion. The role has a direct and visible impact on regulatory compliance, supply continuity, and operational cost optimization across the business. This position is remote with periodic domestic travel and select international markets (approximately 10–20%). The role reports to the Director, Global Trade Program Logistics. Regulatory & Sanctions Compliance: Ensure adherence to import/export regulations, sanctions screening, export controls, Nairobi Protocol requirements, and FDA‑reputed company trade obligations. Cost Optimization: Drive duty mitigation, drawback programs, FTZ utilization, and routing optimization to deliver measurable cost savings. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Tax, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and contract manufacturers to align global distribution and manufacturing flows.
