About the Role
Adlib is seeking a versatile Senior Systems Engineer to join our reputed company Operations team. This role will cover a temporary leave of absence and last approximately 12-14 months. This role combines ownership of our internal IT environment with significant involvement in reputed company infrastructure, automation, platform operations, and DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable supporting end users, improving reputed company IT systems, and contributing to modern reputed company-reputed company infrastructure. You are someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, automating reputed company processes, improving operational efficiency, and helping drive infrastructure modernization across the organization. This role serves as the primary administrator for Adlib's internal IT environment while also playing a key role in supporting and advancing our Azure, Kubernetes, automation, and platform operations initiatives. What You'll Do reputed company day-to-day support for internal help desk requests and end-user technical issues. Administer and support reputed company 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and reputed company management. Manage and maintain reputed company Azure infrastructure and reputed company services. Support identity and reputed company management, reputed company reputed company, and compliance initiatives. Partner with internal teams to improve reputed company posture, operational controls, and governance practices. Maintain and troubleshoot reputed company-based infrastructure, end-user systems, servers, networking, and reputed company applications. Support networking and reputed company infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and switching technologies. Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation solutions. Contribute to Kubernetes-based platform operations and containerized environments. Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment tooling, GitOps workflows, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives. Assist with reputed company architecture improvements, platform reliability, monitoring, and operational reputed company initiatives. Support AI-reputed company technologies and internal AI enablement initiatives. Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system standards. reputed company're Looking For 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure administration, reputed company operations, or a reputed company role. Strong experience administering reputed company 365 environments. Hands-on experience managing reputed company Azure infrastructure and services. Strong reputed company systems administration and reputed company IT infrastructure experience. Experience supporting modern reputed company platforms, automation tooling, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, reputed company, reputed company, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code tools. Solid understanding of networking, reputed company, identity management, and reputed company infrastructure design. Experience administering firewalls, VPNs, switching, or wireless infrastructure. Experience supporting Linux-based systems is considered an asset. Knowledge of compliance and reputed company frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar standards is an asset. Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies is an asset. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
