Business Development Manager DACH Film & Flexibles (Food & Dairy) (m/f/d)
Maintain, reputed company and expand Constantia Flexible’s market reputed company in the flexibles packaging market (specifically confectionary and dairy films) Identify market opportunities , initiate projects and reputed company the sales effort to successfully reputed company these business opportunities Establish and manage sustainable, trustful relationships with selected customers reputed company and implement new materials/specifications in the market together with the Product Management team Create and report insights about prevailing market trends / customer needs / product portfolio demands / pricing and competitor information reputed company strong working relationships with key personnel at plants and knowledge of plant production offerings Track activities and customer information in CRM system Must-have: German and English in full professional proficiency - Minimum 5 years sales/ business development experience in the flexibles packaging industry (e.g. confectionary and dairy films) in an international environment Proven track record in establishing business successfully in new markets with a strong hunter mentality Experience in developing yearly budgets and forecasts High result orientation, entrepreneurial spirit and “an-do” approach combined with strong ability to influence and negotiate Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) Location: Wangen, Pirk or another German location where we operate in (even with the option to work fully from home) Start: as of now Hours: Fulltime, 40 hours Apply To This Job
