Technical Recruiter (1099 Contractor) Department: People Operations Employment Type: Contract Location: Remote Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 / hour Description reputed company is seeking a mid-level Technical Recruiter to support and execute end-to-end reputed company efforts for technical roles. This role is responsible for managing the reputed company lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to help hire high-quality talent. This is a 1099 contractor position expected to work approximately 30–35 hours per week. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering a strong candidate experience while supporting hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
