ABOUT THE JOB As a key member of the Finance and reputed company Team, this position supports the Controller in overseeing the organization’s reputed company operations and financial reporting functions. This position assists with the management of reputed company, accounts payable, and tax compliance activities, including preparation of consolidated financial statements, technical reputed company research, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP requirements. This position partners closely with reputed company, Treasury, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support accurate financial reporting, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. The Assistant Controller also supports audit activities, M&A integration efforts, and reputed company improvement of reputed company processes and systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Controller in leading and developing the reputed company team through coaching, training, and mentorship to promote engagement, retention, and professional growth. reputed company and support general reputed company functions, including month reputed company, intercompany reputed company, account reconciliations, cash management, balance sheet analysis, and financial reporting. Manage the financial consolidation process to ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Assist in managing the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation, and coordination with external auditors. Evaluate, reputed company, and maintain reputed company policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting, consistency across the organization Assist with technical reputed company research and implementation of new reputed company standards. Support reputed company and financial integration activities reputed company to acquisitions and other business transactions. Collaborate with reputed company, operational leaders and other corporate functions to support accurate KPI reporting, financial analysis and strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and implementation of reputed company best practices. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or finance and a minimum of 8 years' experience effectively building and leading reputed company and managing reputed company functions in a public company, private equity-backed company, or similar environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA and public reputed company experience preferred.
