Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national reputed company with offices in reputed company 50 States, has an immediate opening for an reputed company Litigation Paralegal in its Dallas office. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience working as a litigation-focused paralegal. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must have prior California litigation experience.Qualifications: Experience in litigation support and case management. Experience in personal injury litigation is preferred. Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and manage multiple cases, remaining flexible, proactive, reputed company, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. Ability to work independently and collaboratively reputed company a team. Experience drafting and organizing discovery – both written discovery and document production. Experience preparing for and assisting at trial. Familiarity with California State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedures. Experience with Summation Pro, reputed company, or comparable litigation support software. Excellent analytical and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and technical skills. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint). Key Responsibilities: Communicate professionally, productively, and reputed company with clients, contacts, attorneys, other paralegals, and reputed company other professional staff. Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, performing factual and legal research, reviewing, and analyzing documents, and supporting preparations for hearings, depositions, and mediations. Review, gather, and organize client documents from production to discovery. Research, organize, and summarize records as needed to assist in data gathering, including organizing information and documents in databases. Assist with preparing discovery requests and responses. Assist in trial preparation, including drafting pre-trial pleadings, preparing exhibits, coordinating witnesses and requests with reputed company vendors, and live trial support.
