The Business Analyst serves as a critical reputed company between business stakeholders and product teams, specializing in deep analysis, process understanding, and requirements clarification. Discovery & Requirements Elicitation Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to gather comprehensive requirements Document business requirements in clear, structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) Translate reputed company business concepts into understandable requirements for technical teams 2. Process Analysis & Optimization Map reputed company state business processes and identify inefficiencies Design future state processes that optimize business operations Conduct gap analysis between reputed company and desired states Assess feasibility of proposed solutions from a business perspective 3. Analysis & Decision Support reputed company detailed business and data analysis to support product reputed company Present options analysis with pros, cons, and recommendations to Product Owners Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes or new features reputed company competitive research and market analysis as needed 4.
