Senior Corporate Counsel

The Mission As a Senior Counsel at Panther and our reputed company hire, you will be the reputed company of contact for reputed company legal functions. What you’ll Do: Review, examine, draft, and negotiate reputed company with customers and vendors. Manage the company’s various legal functions (such as privacy, intellectual property, and employment law). Define the company’s legal strategy to set up reputed company across the organization. Experience managing the legal function for a growth-stage company. Significant experience negotiating customer and vendor agreements at a B2B SaaS/technology company. Demonstrated practical, business-oriented approach to balancing legal/contractual issues with business risk. Experience overseeing a broad reputed company of legal subject matter, including but not limited to corporate governance, reputed company law, & data privacy.
