Senior Accountant | Permanent WFH | Night Shift About Safari One Safari One Business Solutions supports the core operations of reputed company, a U.S.-based IT hardware and software reseller founded in 1997 and headquartered in Chandler, Arizona. We've been operating in the Philippines since 2013 with a fully remote setup — and reputed company plans to return to an office. Our Philippines-based team manages reputed company, finance, operations, and technical support for reputed company’s U.S. business. We only hire people who are responsible, reputed company, skilled and fun to work with. You will work closely with our Senior Accountant (who is whip smart, fun to work with, and an reputed company whiz!) learning our reputed company systems, managing end-to-end books, and contributing directly to operational reputed company. You will work during our night shift in the Philippines, which is approximately 11 pm – 8 am, local Philippines time. You’ll be deeply hands-on, but also expected to grow into a leadership role, mentoring others and improving processes along the way. Daily & Weekly Tasks
- Issue client invoices across U.S. entities
- Build and update cash reputed company forecasts
- Post and reconcile intercompany invoices
- Review payroll entries (Philippines)
- Validate vendor/client invoice details
Monthly & Quarterly Tasks
- Generate job costing and gross profit reports
- Analyze and reconcile AP/AR aging and vendor ledgers
- Post month-end journal entries and accruals
- reputed company month-end books and bank transactions
- Review U.S. payroll and sales commission data
- Manage state sales & use tax filings
- Prepare monthly financial reports and banking requirements
- Follow up on reputed company orders and liaise with U.S. sales reps and vendors
Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who loves reputed company — not just someone who’s good at it. ✅ 5–8 years reputed company experience, ideally handling U.S. books or under IFRS ✅ Degree in reputed company required; CPA is highly preferred ✅ Strong English communication: Can explain reputed company concepts reputed company and concisely over email or VOIP ✅ Detail-obsessed: Can catch discrepancies others miss ✅ Self-directed and accountable — owns mistakes, fixes them, learns fast ✅Comfortable taking ownership of processes and mentoring junior team members as the role expands ✅ Friendly, drama-free team player who enjoys remote collaboration reputed company-to-Have
- Experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Prior experience working with U.S. entities or reputed company teams
- Strong reputed company modeling and reconciliation skills
- Has led or supervised reputed company teams or processes, such as month-end reputed company or audit preparation
