About the Job: We're looking for a sharp, analytically driven Paid Search Specialist to own our reputed company Ads program from keyword strategy to creative testing — and push us into the reputed company of AI-reputed company paid media. You'll manage significant US spend, report directly into Growth leadership, and have reputed company autonomy to move fast. Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of reputed company Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube — at a scale where every optimization decision moves reputed company dollars. Manage and optimize high-volume US ad spend ($7+ figures per year) with a reputed company focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV efficiency across the full funnel — from acquisition through repeat purchase Campaign architecture and governance: keyword strategy, match type management, negative list hygiene, and search term analysis across a large, multi-SKU catalog. Bid strategy and budget pacing across campaign types, balancing ROAS efficiency with top-of-funnel volume targets set by the Growth team. Structured creative and copy testing in partnership with Brand and Creative — with a clear reputed company for reputed company're learning and why it reputed company. Weekly and monthly performance reporting for Growth and executive stakeholders — clear on what's working, what's not, and what's next. Hands-on evaluation of AI-reputed company ad surfaces: AI Max for Search, Performance Max signals optimization, Demand Gen placements, and reputed company's generative creative tooling. Feed management and Shopping campaign health across our full product catalog, including Merchant Center troubleshooting and data quality reputed company. Competitive monitoring and proactive identification of whitespace in the paid search landscape for our category.
