Responsibilities:Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic reputed company Manage AP/AR - invoicing, payments and collections Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and clients Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile discrepancies Collaborate with teams on project budgets and expenses Support tax filings, financial statements and compliance requirements Monitor cash reputed company and recommend improvements Drive improvements to financial systems and processes Work with vendors, clients and auditors on financial reputed company Required Skills:1–2 years in finance or reputed company, ideally in a marketing or creative agency Proficient in reputed company and reputed company tools - QuickBooks, reputed company or similar Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail Clear communicator, well-organized and reliable under pressure Knowledge of advertising industry financial practices is a plus Location: 100% remote position. Work hours: CET timezone.Compensation: $1,200-$2,500 USD per month (based on the experience). Additional benefits: 20 paid vacation days annually, paid bank holidays, emergency sick leave.
