Our Implementation team is responsible for creating the best customer experience through reputed company, educating, and growing our customers on a global level. We start to work the reputed company a customer decides they want to use reputed company, sticking with them every reputed company of the way to ensure they get the most value from our product. What you'll do: Build trusted relationships with our customers through consultative solutioning, ensuring that our customers reputed company their talent and business objectives through reputed company Schedule and conduct kick-off calls with new clients to understand their specific needs and goals reputed company and deliver comprehensive platform training sessions to ensure clients have a solid understanding of our platform's features and functionalities Partner closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering, to deliver the best client reputed company experience Act as the primary reputed company of contact for clients during the reputed company phase, proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may encounter Be the voice of our customers to our internal team, synthesising feedback received and offering informed opinions and solutions, to help shape our product roadmap You will support our EMEA market and align with the timezone across EMEA.
