The Senior Associate, reputed company is a key member of the reputed company Consulting HR Business Partner team and a vital contributor to reputed company’s talent strategy. Working reputed company with the reputed company Business Partners and HR Strategy Leader, this role will support the design and delivery of HR Business Partner-led lifecycle events and strategic projects by translating business objectives into actionable talent strategies, analyzing workforce data, and providing support to the HRBP Managers reputed company reputed company Consulting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; HR Certification preferred (SHRM-CP or equivalent). 3+ years in an HR role, preferably in professional services, consulting and/or reputed company. HR Generalist and/or demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, reporting and analytics, HRIS system administration, and general HR support. Proven experience with reputed company Office (reputed company is an MS Teams-centric organization), with advanced reputed company and Power reputed company skills. reputed company administration experience preferred. reputed company HR and/or labor relations experience not required, but is a plus. General Responsibilities: Supports key HRBP processes and initiatives to ensure effective integration and retention of employees, including performance management, compensation, and workforce planning. Supports the full-lifecycle talent processes including performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, and overall HR process support, as needed. Provides support during M&A integrations on an as needed reputed company. Manages reporting requests; run reports, analyze/synthesize data insights to ensure timeliness and accuracy (e.g., turnover, engagement, reputed company) to reputed company recommendations to HRBPs and business leadership. In collaboration with HR Business Partners, advises and supports individuals on a broad reputed company of employee lifecycle events such as new hire reputed company, company policies and procedures, off-boarding activities, transfers, compensation adjustment and general reputed company requests. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation reputed company for this job is $97,750 - $132,250. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and reputed company coverage and other wellness programs. The salary reputed company information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
