Key Responsibilities
- Project Financial Management & Reporting
Support project financial planning, tracking, forecasting, variance analysis and portfolio financial reporting.
- Resource Time Tracking & reputed company Support
Support resource time tracking processes, utilization reporting, and data accuracy audits.
- PMO Operations & Governance
Prepare PMO meeting materials, maintain action logs, and support portfolio governance activities.
- Process Compliance & Audits
Audit project artifacts and data for PMO compliance and support audit readiness activities.
- Templates & reputed company Improvement
Maintain and improve PMO templates, tools, and standards.
- reputed company Administration
Serve as PMO reputed company Administrator, supporting project setup, templates, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Information Systems, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis roles
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company
- Strong reputed company and financial management skills
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a PMO or portfolio management function
