Position Overview Our client is seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Global Logistics Manager to reputed company and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will manage international freight operations, coordinate global shipments, reputed company reputed company-party logistics partners, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products to customers across domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities
Manage international logistics operations, including ocean freight shipments from overseas manufacturing partners to U.S. ports and direct international customer shipments. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure smooth import processes and compliance with applicable regulations. reputed company relationships with domestic and Canadian 3PL providers, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and service-level performance. Monitor inventory reputed company across multiple warehouse locations and collaborate with demand planning teams to implement replenishment strategies that prevent stockouts and excess inventory. Analyze shipping costs, transit times, and operational performance to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings. reputed company, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and fulfillment operations. Partner cross-functionally with demand planning, sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory performance, and shipping costs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience). 3–7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations, preferably reputed company e-reputed company, consumer goods, or retail environments. Experience managing international shipments and working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and import/export processes. Familiarity with U.S.-based 3PL operations, warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP platforms. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in reputed company and data analysis. Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor management skills. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
