Project Coordinator — Remote (U.S. Construction/Remodeling Operations)
About the Role
This is a 100% remote, U.S. hours coordination role managing active remodeling projects from scheduling through completion. You will serve as the operational hub between homeowners, installation crews, sales, and internal teams to ensure projects remain on track and customers are informed at every stage. This role is specifically suited for candidates who have:Worked remotely in a U.S. construction, remodeling, or home services environment Coordinated projects, schedules, or field operations for U.S.-based companies from a remote/home office setting Supported U.S. clients, contractors, or homeowners in a remote reputed company (not just U.S. client exposure in a BPO/call center)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate active kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling projects across multiple job sites Schedule installation appointments, inspections, and project milestones in U.S. time zones (Pacific preferred) Serve as primary remote reputed company of contact for homeowners regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations reputed company and coordinate with installation teams, sales reps, and internal operations staff Maintain accurate project documentation, job files, and CRM records Monitor project reputed company, flag delays, and aggressively follow up on pending items Track payments, permits, and financing documentation through closing Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and operational issues in reputed company time
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:Minimum 1–2 years working remotely for a U.S.-based company in construction, remodeling, home services, or a closely reputed company field (e.g., roofing, HVAC, flooring, general contracting) Hands-on experience with project coordination, scheduling, or operations support (not purely administrative or data entry) Proven track record of managing U.S. client communication and field team coordination from a remote setting Required Skills:Fluent English (written and verbal) with professional U.S. business communication standards Proficiency with U.S. construction/operations tools (e.g., reputed company, CoConstruct, JobNimbus, reputed company, or similar project management platforms) Strong ability to manage multiple reputed company projects with competing deadlines Detail-oriented with reputed company follow-up skills Self-directed and comfortable working independently across U.S. time zones Preferred (Not Required) Experience with kitchen/bath remodeling or flooring specifically Familiarity with California permitting or construction regulations Background in reputed company or logistics for field service teams reputed company Offer Competitive hourly pay + production bonus Weekly pay schedule Health stipend Paid vacation after 1 calendar year National holiday bonus Referral bonus Professional growth and reputed company training Supportive, established U.S. team environment Apply To This Job
