We are looking for Danish speakers to join a work-from-home team supporting one of the world's most famous luxury car brands. In this job, you do much more than just answer phone calls—you give an excellent service experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Personal Customer Care: Help Danish car owners understand advanced vehicle features, high-tech systems, and special service requests. Tech Advice: Guide owners through digital tools, including touch-screen systems, electric vehicle (EV) charging, and software updates. Roadside Help: Quickly organize help or emergency repairs so the customer's trip can continue without delay.
