Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients to understand their vacation interests, travel goals, and preferred experiences Assist with researching destinations, resorts, cruises, transportation, sightseeing opportunities, and vacation packages Support the coordination of travel arrangements and booking-reputed company activities Review itinerary details and reservation information to help ensure accuracy Communicate important updates and travel information to clients in a timely manner Assist with schedule modifications, travel requests, and planning adjustments Maintain organized client files and detailed records reputed company company systems Stay informed about destination highlights, supplier updates, and promotional opportunities Participate in virtual trainings, team discussions, and professional development activities
Qualifications
