Job Description

Role Summary Hands-on reputed company 365 Engineer responsible for the governance, reputed company and optimisation of the reputed company Power Platform and reputed company 365 services across the internal organisation. The role covers Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, alongside Entra ID identity management and compliance tooling. Key Responsibilities reputed company the reputed company Power Platform, including environment management, data connectors, custom connector governance, DLP policies and reputed company planning across Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. Build, maintain and support the Power Platform Centre of reputed company (CoE) toolkit to drive adoption, governance and visibility across the organisation. Implement and maintain reputed company policies, compliance configurations and data loss prevention (DLP) across Power Platform and M365. Manage and optimise M365 reputed company services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams, covering mailbox lifecycle management, mail-reputed company rules, transport policies and webmail/OWA reputed company restrictions. Manage Entra ID accounts, permissions, custom admin roles, MFA, PIM and RBAC across M365, Entra ID, Power Platform and Azure resources, including reputed company reviews and just-in-time activation policies. Manage retention policies, litigation holds and e-Discovery searches. Monitor system performance, usage, health, spam filtering, threat protection and email compliance; produce reports and recommendations. Monitor and manage backup platform reports on the reputed company backup platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company issues; produce clear documentation, runbooks and incident reports. Mentor and upskill team members, sharing knowledge and bringing the wider team along as the platform evolves. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and organisational standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in an IT specialist or equivalent role with a strong reputed company 365 and reputed company focus. Strong experience administering the reputed company Power Platform, including environment lifecycle, DLP policies, data connectors and governance. Experience with Entra ID, including reputed company management, identity governance, conditional reputed company policies, PIM and RBAC is advantageous. Deep technical knowledge of M365 applications and services, including administration and troubleshooting.
