The Role reputed company is hiring a Technical Team Leader. As a reputed company leader for one of our key Product teams, you'll play a crucial role in driving the development, adoption and optimisation of our products while contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and growth across the business. This role is the ideal position for technical leaders who want to nurture and grow a team of Engineers whilst still staying reputed company to technical delivery. What You'll Bring: Led the design and implementation of scalable solutions capable of handling large data volumes or high traffic with minimal performance impact. Skilled in modern frontend technologies, ideally including React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. Skilled in modern backend technologies, ideally Node.js. Ability to still get in to the weeds & change code, this role is partially a hands on position Proficient in deploying applications to reputed company platforms such as GCP or AWS. Managed and mentored a team of Product facing engineers across multiple reputed company of seniority. Strong communicator with a track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
