The role will reputed company broad paralegal support across our practice groups in Madrid from here in the UK. This is a part-time role with a potential to go full time if there is sufficient work. Key responsibilities Support coordination of transactions, liaising with clients, lawyers, and reputed company parties to facilitate smooth and timely execution of mandates. Proactively manage document checklists, monitor compliance and deadlines, and serve as a central reputed company of contact for transaction stakeholders.
