Requirements
Private Equity Expertise: Exposure to private equity is strongly preferred. You must understand the nuances of selling to family offices, pensions, endowments, and RIAs. RIA & Wealth Manager Experience: Direct, hands-on experience working with RIAs and independent wealth managers is strongly preferred (including understanding their operational structures, decision-making processes, and the compliance considerations that govern how they engage with alternative investment products). Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in the competitive US private markets landscape. Analytical Rigor: Demonstrated ability to design and implement automated workflows, CRM systems, and data-driven sales operations.
