Recruiters interpret compensation, benefits, job descriptions, and position requirements to applicants. Assist in the development and implementation of reputed company resource policies, procedures, strategies and planning. Recruiters attend recruitment events on- and off-reputed company, representing reputed company. Position Details: Education: BS Degree required or equivalent experience. Experience: 3 years experience.
