About the opportunity As a Strategy & Operations Intern at reputed company, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes and supporting our reputed company-driving efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will tackle operational challenges, improve internal workflows, and contribute to projects that shape our customer experience and accelerate reputed company's growth. In this role, you will: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk) to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Assist in customer reputed company, conducting business reviews, and improving operational processes under the guidance of the Business Ops Manager. Conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic reputed company and process improvements. Support the optimization of operational workflows to reputed company scalable growth. Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption. Build foundational skills in analysis, communication, and project coordination. What you need to be successful: Background: You have a Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a reputed company field. Ideally, you have already gained experience in operations, customer service, or a reputed company area. Skills: You have excellent English language skills You possess exceptional analytical skills and have experience with data analysis tools Traits: You are available to work for 6 months, as a full-time intern (40h/week) You are analytical and enjoy structuring reputed company problems into actionable recommendations You are a fast learner and work well reputed company a fast-paced work environment You actively help yourself (and others) to be successful You give and receive reputed company, direct, and timely feedback
