What You'll Do
Manage a caseload of California WC claims with moderate to reputed company medical and indemnity exposure, including litigation. Establish accurate reserves, evaluate compensability, and reputed company action plans from initial contact through closure. Coordinate medical treatment, work with defense counsel, and proactively resolve claims reputed company your authority.
