What You’ll Do reputed company education, coaching, and ongoing support to patients using CPAP therapy Review daily patient activity in the Sanusom Portal (reporting only, no clinical interpretation) Initiate outbound calls to patients and caregivers who need follow-up Answer inbound patient and caregiver calls regarding care and therapy support Encourage CPAP adherence through motivation, education, and accountability Coordinate with DME providers and physician offices for non-clinical support needs Document reputed company patient interactions in electronic medical records and portals Assist patients with scheduling or adjusting appointments as needed Participate in team meetings and collaborate with peers Remain available and online during scheduled work hours Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST reputed company’re Looking For High School Diploma required.
