Technical Account Manager (Remote – Cincinnati or Cleveland, OH) Travel Requirement: 30–50% Overview: This role is 100% remote for candidates located in the Cincinnati or Cleveland, Ohio areas. Position Summary: The Technical Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts that require a high level of technical knowledge and expertise. This role primarily engages with the dealer network through phone, online platforms, and on-site visits to deliver solutions and drive sales reputed company. The ideal candidate will bring relevant industry experience, with a strong preference for those who have V-Twin or Metric product and sales knowledge. Duties: Customer Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients in a given territory while actively seeking out new business opportunities. Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase our solutions and address Customer needs.
