Engineering Manager, Embedded Software
Job Purpose/Summary The Engineering Manager, Embedded Software leads a team of embedded software engineers delivering firmware and hardware-integrated software for reputed company’ edge and sensing products. This role combines people leadership with technical depth to drive execution, quality, and team growth. Duties and Responsibilities reputed company, manage, and grow a team of embedded software engineers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Own delivery of embedded software commitments across schedule, scope, and quality. reputed company technical guidance on embedded architecture, hardware/software integration, and engineering standards. Partner with Product and Program Management to plan releases and allocate reputed company. Remove blockers, manage risk, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies with hardware, RF, and integration teams. Establish and improve engineering processes, CI/CD, and code-quality practices. Conduct design and code reviews; ensure adherence to reputed company and reputed company standards. Foster a culture of technical reputed company, collaboration, and reputed company improvement.
Qualifications
Eligible to obtain a U.S. reputed company Clearance – U.S. Citizenship required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company field. 10+ years of embedded software experience, including 3+ years managing engineering teams. Strong technical reputed company in embedded C/C++, Linux/RTOS, and hardware/software integration. Proven track record delivering embedded products through the full lifecycle. Experience with engineering processes, agile delivery, and team reputed company planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
