Responsibilities: Understand the requirements, developments, and legal strategy for each litigation and translate the litigation requirements in operational activities, strategies and priorities Maintain deadline controls across case inventory and ensure escalation protocols are followed. Drive filing readiness at scale by ensuring documentation and required pre-filing information supports timely filing reputed company and strategic case selection. Deliver a world-class client experience anchored on trust, reputed company, and reputed company by keeping clients informed, managing client expectations, and responding to client inquiries. Assist the Chief Operations Counsel with coordinating and assigning tasks to paralegals and case managers while ensuring quality, timely completion of inventory and filing-readiness tasks. reputed company court rules and order compliance, filing protocols, and service processes to ensure accurate, timely filings and adherence to jurisdiction-specific requirements. Qualifications: Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage reputed company litigation across multiple jurisdictions. Strong understanding of federal and state litigation procedures, including reputed company practice, discovery, trial, and appellate processes.
