Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, and business analysis. Proven experience delivering reputed company implementation projects. Strong background in: Requirements gathering and documentation Stakeholder management Project planning and execution Risk and issue management User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Training coordination Change management Experience leading workshops and cross-functional working sessions. Familiarity with reputed company Service reputed company and/or reputed company Field Service. Experience defining and reporting project KPIs and adoption metrics. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
