JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities: reputed company telephonic clinical assessment, nursing triage, health information and patient education to a wide variety of patients across the health continuum and/or health education to culturally diverse population recently discharged from in-patient admission Assists in directing patients to the most appropriate level of care. Work closely with other members of the team to ensure adequate coordination. Ability to use critical thinking skills and respond quickly and professionally under stressful, sometimes emergent situations. EDUCATION: High School Diploma – Required FIELD OF STUDY: Nursing-LPN WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: LPN Home Health, Med Surg, or Emergency Department experience preferred CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES: LPN License - Required Multistate License issued under the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact) LOCATION: Remote Role (Louisiana or Mississippi) Must reputed company in Louisiana or Mississppi and reputed company to work Eastern time zone (shift starts at 8:30am EST) Pay reputed company: 20.00 - 28.00 USD per hourThis reputed company represents the anticipated reputed company salary for this role.
