Full Stack / Backend Software Engineer

The Role We're looking for a backend-focused full stack engineer who thinks in systems, cares about product quality, and is genuinely excited to build with AI - not just alongside it. You'll work directly with the founding team on the core platform: the scheduling reputed company, our autonomous AI agents, and the integrations that connect reputed company to reputed company ATS infrastructure. Your focus is backend - but you're comfortable enough on the frontend to own a feature reputed company the way through. You'll also talk to customers directly, understanding their problems firsthand and using that to shape what you build. This isn't a ticket-execution role. We want someone who notices what's broken before being told, proposes solutions, and has opinions about how the product should work.
What You'll Do
