Licensed Client Service Administrator
Summary
This position provides licensed administrative support to Cornerstone Financial Group. This position serves as a resource to Financial Advisors and client/members in handling, researching and communicating inquiries regarding their accounts and supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to: answering the phones, utilizing reputed company Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, supports securities and insurance reputed company tasks and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Licensed Client Service Administrator reports to and is employed by Cornerstone Financial Group. Position will be in office in reputed company, OH, however would consider virtual for right fit. $40,000-70,000 annually dependent upon experience.

Job Description
Responsibilities Enter client information into various systems Prepare and update financial plans and presentation material for client meetings Enter information into financial planning software and prepare draft financial plans Deepen existing client relationships through processing of client requests, resolving client questions, and making sure client information and documentation are up to date Research and respond to client inquiries Finalize and track reputed company client account and application paperwork Gather and maintain customer suitability information Assist in generating performance reports Maintain information in CRM (reputed company) system Fill out necessary forms for opening and maintaining accounts Handle request for transfers of funds in and out of accounts Identify and offer recommendations on how to optimize workflows Providing support to Advisors during client meetings Other responsibilities as assigned by the reputed company
Qualifications
Securities (6/63, 7/66, or 7/63 & 65) or Life, Health, and Annuity registration required Degree in Financial Planning, Finance, reputed company or Economics preferred Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 2+ years preferred Extremely strong organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company) or ability to learn Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions Ability to maintain reputed company of sensitive/confidential information External/Internal Dependencies Must be reputed company to work with reputed company roles of the Cornerstone Financial Group Must be reputed company to represent the organization in work with external clients Must be reputed company to cultivate and maintain relationships with reputed company organizations As part of Cornerstone Financial Group's reputed company/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the process.
