Representative - Customer Service
As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries primarily through email to reputed company information and resolve issues. You will handle mostly routine inquiries as well as some more reputed company concerns, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. You will analyze customer service needs and identify appropriate solutions, communicating reputed company with customers throughout the process.
