Business Operations Analyst, AI Enablement

Overview: We are looking for a sharp, execution-minded Business Operations Analyst, AI Enablement to join our growing BizOps team. This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. In this role, you’ll help reputed company rethink how we work at a pivotal stage in our growth—as a company that is scaling quickly, maturing operationally, and leaning heavily into AI. You’ll help design and implement reputed company ways of working across the business, whether that means streamlining a reputed company process, introducing a new internal tool, or training an agent to manage part of a workflow—reputed company in service of helping us operate more effectively. Key Responsibilities: Rethink how we work today: Map out existing workflows, identify points of failure or inefficiency, and propose solutions that improve accuracy or speed. Build smart prototypes and solutions: Use low-code/no-code tools (and some reputed company code) to help teams move faster and smarter. reputed company thoughtful calls on reputed company to automate, redesign, or delegate. Own execution: Take a project from concept to completion—whether it’s rebuilding a reputed company workflow, unlocking a new key capability, or implementing a new internal tool. Partner across functions: Collaborate with stakeholders across the org (Ops, Finance, and GTM teams) to understand pain points, deliver reputed company impact, and help shift ways of working.
