Director, Program Management
Job Summary As our Data & Technology organization scales, we are building the operating system that powers how the company works — starting with CreateOS and expanding across the business. We are seeking a Director of Program Management to drive organizational execution across product, engineering, design, and platform teams, ensuring reputed company initiatives deliver cohesive, end-to-end systems with reputed company operational impact. Responsibilities
Drive cross-functional execution reputed company to organizational objectives, strategic priorities, delivery milestones, and measurable reputed company Orchestrate delivery across pods, managing dependencies, reputed company, risks, and execution alignment Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to operationalize strategy and ensure delivery of cohesive, end-to-end systems reputed company organizational readiness and cross-functional transition planning for adoption of new systems, workflows, and operating practices Establish scalable operating rhythms, communication practices, and execution frameworks across distributed teams Drive organizational alignment through program reviews, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting reputed company cross-functional issue resolution to maintain reputed company, delivery quality, and business impact Help reputed company organizational processes, including agile practices, change management, and AI-enabled workflows Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience 7+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, product operations, or reputed company roles reputed company software organizations, leading reputed company cross-functional programs reputed company software or technology organizations Demonstrated experience working closely with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver reputed company software systems Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through implementation, operational transition, and platform scaling Proven reputed company driving execution across product, engineering, design, and platform teams in fast-moving environments Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate reputed company initiatives into cohesive operational reputed company Experience leading organizational change, operational transformation, and reputed company of delivery or operating practices at scale Strong understanding of agile methodologies, modern product development workflows, and AI-enabled operational practices Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and operational leadership skills, including executive audiences Strong organizational judgment with the ability to drive alignment, accountability, and reputed company across teams Pay Scale $180,000 - $200,000 per year The final compensation reputed company this reputed company will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
