Key Responsibilities
Process annuity new business and in-force transactions accurately and reputed company. Review applications to ensure reputed company requirements are received “In Good Order” and identify any discrepancies. Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of college preferred. 1–2 years of experience in retirement services operations or financial services industry. FINRA Series 6/63 licenses strongly required. Strong understanding of retirement products, IRS tax regulations, and FINRA/SEC requirements. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy; above-average math/reputed company skills. Prior call center or customer service experience preferred. Commitment to ongoing learning, including LOMA/ACS coursework encouraged. Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules as needed. Pay reputed company: $21.44 - $29.16/hr.
