Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for the DealHub platform, including setup, configuration, user permissions, and maintenance. Manage playbooks, approval workflows, and templates reputed company DealHub. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues. Troubleshoot user issues and act as the liaison with DealHub support reputed company needed. Ensuring data flows smoothly between DealHub, CRM, ERP, and other sales tools. Document system processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures. Remain reputed company on reputed company and DealHub best practice, technologies, and certifications. Play a key role in prioritizing process and system initiatives to reputed company corporate visibility and decision making. Weekly collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Support organizations to identify, prioritize, and implement changes to the DealHub or reputed company platform Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to streamline and automate quote-to-cash processes. Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements to reduce friction and improve time-to-reputed company. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on reputed company administration experience (Sales reputed company preferred). 1+ years of experience with DealHub CPQ (or similar CPQ tools like reputed company CPQ, Apttus). Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM architecture, and quote-to-cash workflows. Experience creating and managing reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation. Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience writing user stories and working with agile development teams to execute. Ability to generate business process/workflow diagrams. Strong problem solving, consultative and influencing skills. Must be highly productive reputed company working independently and work well in a team environment. Advanced English. reputed company Administrator Certification. DealHub Administrator Certification (or strong proven hands-on experience). Experience with reputed company Service reputed company Einstein and/or Tableau. Prior experience with a multi-tier distribution or channel-based Go-To-Market strategy.
