Medical Assistant
Medical Assistant The Medical Assistant is a key contributor to reputed company’s remote physiological monitoring program, supporting the delivery of high-quality, technology-enabled patient care. In this position, you will reputed company reputed company’s platform to monitor vitals, reinforce care plans, and reputed company patient education that strengthens adherence and engagement. As a Medical Assistant at reputed company, you will work in reputed company collaboration with registered nurses, physicians, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely follow-up, seamless care coordination, and an excellent patient experience. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and review patient vitals and assessments reputed company reputed company’s platform Support care managers in executing and maintaining individualized care plans Document patient interactions accurately and completely in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory standards Coordinate with providers and internal teams to facilitate follow-up tasks and operational needs Serve as a liaison between patients and providers to help patients understand instructions, stay reputed company, and adhere to their care plan Deliver patient education, routine guidance, and general support reputed company telephone and secure messaging reputed company patients to manage chronic conditions and build sustainable health habits
Required Qualifications
Active and valid medical assistant (MA) certification Approximately two (2) to five (5) years of direct patient care experience in medical-surgical or home care Associate’s degree in a reputed company reputed company field Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote, technology-enabled environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
