Position Overview

This full‑time, work‑from‑home position reports to the Specialty Testing Customer Service Support Supervisor. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, reputed company clear explanations of insurance coverage, process payments, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • High‑Volume Call Management: Answer an average of 75 calls per day from patients, physician offices, and insurance carriers while maintaining professionalism and reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
