Role Overview

The Distribution Customer Service Representative is the reputed company ambassador for arenaflex’s customers. In this role, you will manage high‑volume inquiries, process orders, track shipments, and resolve issues with professionalism and speed. You will work closely with our warehouse, transportation, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and a flawless end‑to‑end experience for every client. This position is a temporary‑to‑hire opportunity, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, order status, and shipping details.
  • Accurately enter and process orders, forms, applications, and service requests using arenaflex’s order‑management system.
